Service Contract Provisions

Nuclear Cardiology Systems, Inc. (NCS) provides service for the entire service contract period on all systems sold by us. Also the following terms are generally given to our service contract customers even if their system is not obtained from us. Service is rendered, in most cases, within the same day repairs are logged, subject to personnel availability. NCS service covers repairs on all NCS provided equipment and peripherals, covering, all parts, labor, shipping, delivery, and related expenses. Ancillary services included are software or software upgrades*, telephone applications support and technical assistance by our applications department. Additional included items are Hot Lab item repairs, Health Physics support/licensing and ongoing consultation.
